The large double stage vacuum extruder is designed for the production of perforated bricks. The two-piece design process uses vacuum extrusion and two-stage agitation. The two motors drive the split reducer through an axial pneumatic clutch to drive the agitation and extrusion. It is suitable for block bricks, rectangular bricks and high-porosity hollow bricks produced from shale, coal gangue and fly ash. The independent all-steel structure of the reducer passes through the processes of quenching and tempering, quenching and heat treatment, and the universal joint connector is very effective in improving the stability and service life.

It is the ideal equipment for medium and small brick factories. It is suitable for the production of solid bricks, load-bearing porous bricks and hollow bricks of various specifications with clay, coal gangue, shale, high-volume fly ash, urban construction waste, tailings waste, and inferior soil.
